With the ORSO model Maschio has introduced a new kind of bearing in its harrows: spherical roller bearings, providing greater strength than simple ball or conical roller bearings, combining strength and reliability with ease of maintenance.
This is suitable for continuous or heavy jobs, typical of farm contractors and tilling on rough terrain, with rocks and stones.
The roller bearings enable maintenance to be handled easily and quickly, permitting simple and economical operations typical of ball bearings.

Double skin structure (internal shell 6 mm, external 5 mm) increases strength, prevents torsion and protects the workings from damage

The optional rear cart with pivoting wheels improves stability during road transport particularly for long distances.

Maschio’s basic rotor design is replicated throughout the range: tine shafts are made from a single casting of pressed steel. This gives the rotors higher precision and durability compared to other manufacturers.

QUICKFIT tine system allows the user to replace tines quickly with one turn of the QUICKFIT tool, this minimises downtime and increases safety.
